View your compensation and benefits at Liberty Mutual and your total rewards with www.yourtotalrewards.com/libertymutual. For total account access, log on using your unique user ID and password. If you are a new user you will need to create an account. The site is mobile friendly so if you’re using a smart phone or mobile device, you can select the option to view the mobile site.
When logging on, Social Security numbers can no longer be used. Each portal member must create their own personal user ID. If you have not yet done this, click on the link titled “create your user ID” at yourtotalrewards.com/libertymutual. Confirm your identity before you can access your account by entering the last four digits of your Social Security number along with your date of birth. Click continue to create your user ID.
Members often forget their user ID or password, if you need to be assigned a new password or reminded of your current user ID click the link titled “forgot user ID or password”for further instructions on how you can be emailed this information. If you are a new user and need to create a Liberty Mutual insurance rewards account click on the link titled “are you a new user?”

- Enter birthdate
- Click continue
- Input personal information
- Verify and confirm information and submit

Call the toll-free telephone number at 1-800-758-4460. Submit an email to the support Center through hrsupportcenter@libertymutual.com.
